Lemon Pickle

Ingredients:
Lemons-10
Vinegar-1/2 cup
Chilly powder-3 tsp(alter to one's taste)
Salt to taste
Mustard- 1 tsp
Fenugreek-1 tsp
Asafoetida- a pinch
Curry leaves for flavor
Oil-3 tbsp

Directions:
Cut lemons, add salt and vinegar to it and leave it for 2-3 days in sunlight. Roast fenugreek,mustard in a dry pan and powder them.Heat oil in a pan, add the lemons, ground powder,asafoetida, chilly powder,curry leaves and stir well for 10-15 minutes.Store in a dry container.
