Kheema & Cauliflower

Ingredients:
Kheema (Minced Meat)- 1 lb
Onions-1
Tomatoes-2
Green Chillies-3
Cauliflower-1
Turmeric powder(haldi)-1tsp
Ginger paste-1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
cinnamon-2,cardamom-2, cloves-2
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Masala powder-1 tsp
Corriander powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro (corriander leaves) for garnishing
Oil-2 tbsp

Directions:
Chop green chillies, onions, tomatoes.Take out florets from cauliflower.Grind cinnamon,cloves and cardamom to a paste.
In a sauce pan, heat oil, fry ground paste,ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes, add chopped items, Cauliflower , kheema ,all the powdered ingredients,salt and stir for 5 minutes.Add water and cook till kheema and cauliflower are tender.Take care that florets are not broken. Garnish with cilantro.
