Fish Tomato gravy

Ingredients:

6 oz Chunky Tuna or Salmon Canned fish-2
onion-2
green pepper-3
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
salt to taste
chopped cilantro-1 tbsp
Tomatoes-2
Tomato puree- 1/4 cup
Oil-5 tsp

Directions:

In a saute pan heat oil add chopped onion , green pepper,tomatoes and saute till onion is golden color. To this add the fish (strain water), salt, chilly powder,coriander powder,tomato puree and saute in medium flame. Cook this for 15 mts with occasional stirring( add little water if needed). Atlast garnish with cilantro and add 2 tsp oil and saute well for 3 mts.Serve with plain white rice or with chapathi
