Fish Rolls

Ingredients:

6 oz Chunky Tuna or Salmon Canned fish-2
onion-1
Oil for frying
green pepper-3
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
All purpose flour-1 cup
salt to taste
chopped cilantro-1 tbsp

Directions:

Knead the all purpose flour with salt to a dough and keep it aside.

In a saute pan heat little oil add chopped onion , green pepper, cilantro and saute for a while. To this add the fish(strain water), salt, chilly powder and saute in medium flame. This will be ready in 10-15 mts.

Roll the dough to a thin circles of 6 inches diameter, keep the fish mixture in it and roll it to a tube form, seal the ends with little water, so that mixture will not come out.Deep fry in oil to a crispy roll , serve with tomato ketchup.
