Fish Qasedillas

Ingredients:

6 oz Chunky Tuna or Salmon Canned fish-1
onion-1/2(chop)
Mushroom - 8 oz 1/2 pack
salt to taste
Bell Pepper (capsicum)-1
Mozarella cheese (shredded)-12 tsp (6 tsp for each qasedilla)
Flour tortillas-4
Oil-2 tsp

Directions:

In a saute pan heat little oil add chopped onion,bell pepper, mushrooms(cut in to T shapes),salt and saute till all are tender. Warm tortillas. On a tortilla sprinkle 3 tsp cheese, then 1/2 can fish,sauted mixture and top with 3 tsp cheese and cover with another tortilla. Preheat oven at 400 degrees and bake for 10-15 mts till it is slightly brown on the top.Cut into halves and serve.
