Fish Pepper gravy

Ingredients:

6 oz Tuna or Salmon Canned fish-2
onion-2
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper-2 tsp(can be altered for taste)
salt to taste
Turmeric powder (haldi)-1/4 tsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Oil-5 tsp

Directions:

In a saute pan heat oil add chopped onion,garlic paste and saute till onion is golden color. To this add the fish (strain water), salt, chilly powder,turmeric powder and saute in medium flame. Cook this in medium low flame for 15 mts with occasional stirring.Atlast add ground black pepper and add 2 tsp oil and saute well for 3 mts. Serve with plain white rice or as a side dish for any variety rice
