Fish Kofta Gravy

Ingredients:
Fish-1 lb
Cummin seeds-1 tsp
Pepper corns-1 tsp
cloves-2
cinnamon sticks-2
Onions-3
Green pepper-8
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Egg-1
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Coconut extract-1/2cup
Chopped cilantro-1 tbsp
Chopped ginger- 2tsp
Chopped garlic- 2tsp
Corriander powder-1 tsp
Tomato puree-1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Directions:
Kofta:
Bake the fish in Oven,remove bones. mash it to thick paste with salt. Grind cummin seeds, peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon sticks to a paste.Chop one onion and 4 green pepper.Mix this with fish, ground masala and make small balls. Dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry to golden koftas, keep it aside.
Gravy:
Chop 2 onions, 4 green pepper. Grind ginger, garlic to a paste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add onion, green pepper, ground paste and fry for 5 minutes with little water. Add tomato puree, chilly powder,corriander powder followed by coconut extract and salt. Allow it to boil,gradually add the fried koftas in low flame and leave it till the gravy becomes thick.Garnish with chopped cilantro.
