Fish Cutlet

Ingredients:
Baked fish- 1 cup(Bones should be removed )
Green Pepper-3
Chopped cilantro-2 tbsp
Chopped onion-1/4 cup
Grated coconut-2 tbsp
Garlic-2 cloves
Cummin seeds-1 tsp
Egg-1
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Directions:
Chop Green pepper and garlic finely. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, saute coconut, green pepper, cilantro,garlic, onion, cummin seeds for 5 minutes.Mix this with baked fish,salt and make into flat cutlets. Dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry to golden brown cutlets. Serve with Ketchup or mint chutney.
