Cilantro Thokku

Ingredients:
Chopped Cilantro - 2 cups
Red chillies-8(alter to one's taste)
Tamarind paste-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
Sesame Oil-2 tbsp
Jaggery-1 tsp

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, fry all ingredients except salt. Stir till cilantro is soft.Grind to a paste in a blender.Store in a dry container.
