Ingredients Measures Grated Carrot 2&1/2 cups Milk 1&1/2 cups Sugar 1&1/2 cups (alter to one's taste) Salt a pinch Cashewnuts 10 Ghee 1 tbsp Condensed milk 1/2 Cup
In a Sauce pan,cook the grated carrot with milk and salt till the carrot's raw flavor is vanishing.Grind this to a semi-liquid stage.In a sauce pan add this , and allow it to boil for 10 minutes(take care that it is not thickening) , add sugar and stir well. To this add the condensed milk and bring it to boil. Add cashewnuts fried in ghee.
