[01/03/98] A major webIGN update. The whole design has been changed considerably. Only links, softreview, tricks and @alt sections stayed the same.

Added the following main sections: What's New, Introduction, CGI, JavaScript, web promotion, about, design r' us, prof design.

Deleted the tutorial section. All articles are still accesible, but there will be no HTML tutorial. HTML tutorial is now being published as a series of lessons in design r'us section.
