The Movie Life

Love could be like the movies,
But that life is fiction.
Real people fight all day.
Just a touch too much friction.
We could believe in fate,
Like all of those lovers do.
Or we could believe in reality,
Like a me and a you.
Life could be a fairyland,
If our lives had been in script.
But thats not how its done,
Gotta feel like you've tripped.
Life's meant to be hard, you know,
Its supposed to be a trial.
Gotta find out who will fall,
And who runs the extra mile.
