Golden Hedge-Hyssop

Gratiola aurea

These low plants grow in swampy areas. They have paired leaves, and what appears to be a four petalled tubular blossom is actually a two-lipped blossom, the lower lip having three lobes. They bloom in late Summer in small, loose clumps.
