Welcome!
..........to the resources for the dance/drill team director. Wow! Life brings so many unexpected changes. Time just seems to slip by so fast when you're having fun. I am celebrating and completing my twenty-fifth year as a director. Yes...that's right! 25 years! and have announced it will be my last! Because I have committed a quarter of century of my life to this wonderful industry, I am embarking upon other ways to remain involved and active.
....My plans are to reinvent this website....update and give it a flashier look. Hoping your still finding it useful, I'd like to hear from you what you would like to see.
....Next, I plan to introduce an on-line store which will provide a line of items that directors will find useful and cost effective!
....Third, I plan to dig out my old apple laptop, convert the files I sweated over for three years into pc format and finish those books I started.

Now, you're probably thinking and singing....dream, dream, dream! Well, I've discovered that if you don't dream, you won't set goals and then life passes you by and you've missed the opportunities at hand! Dreaming keeps you young and focused!

Making A List
Onelist

Mailing lists - which allow ongoing digital correspondence among any number of participatns - were among one of the first Internoot tools to take hold. With little effort, you can design a list for one step e-mailing and event posting among your team members, parents or groups with common interests. Onelist has outstanding design and features, including file sharing, message archives and calendar functions. Once your list is up and running, members can send mail to its address and their messages will be forwarded.

Ways to use the group mailer:

Create a communication group for directors of which you frequently communicate.

Create a communication group for your team.
Create a communication group for your booster club.
Create a communicaiton group for your dance classes

It's that time of the year....parties, parties and more! Send your social officers to "Egreetings". It's a great way to get your message out to team members and parents. Like other card sites, Egrettings offers a number of free elctronic messages in various categories. This site also includes cards with popular music. What a great way to send an e-vite...oops...I meant invite!
