powerful metaphor. Your opening illustration reminds us: birth, whether

physical or spiritual, is a traumatic event. In your conclusion you

point out that we can really do anything about getting ourselves born,

or born again. It's an act of grace we are to receive.

Excellent treatment of conversion and its ongoing nature. Your opening

story really grabbed my attention. Also., "As powerful as (my initial

turning to Christ) was, I still haven't been converted yet". Great

stuff, especially applicable when tracing Nicodemus's journey to faith

through the gospel.
