(JC) C. ROUGH TRANSLATION

Therefore, then on the evening of that first day of the week and the door having been locked where the disciples were because of fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and he says to them "Peace to you."
And this said, he showed the hands and the side to them. Therefore, the disicples rejoiced having seen the Lord.
Then Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you." Just as the Father sent me so I send you.
And this said, he breathed and says to them "receive the Holy Spirit.
If someone you forgive the sins, they are forgiven. If someone you hold the sins, they are held.
But, Thomas, one of the twelve, the one called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
They said then to him the other disciples, "We have seen the Lord." And he said to them "Unless I see on the hands of him the place of the nails and put my finger into the place of the nails and put my hand into the side of him I will not believe."
And with eight days his disicples were again in and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the door being shut and stood in the middle and said "Peace to you."
Then he said to Thomas, "Bear your finger here and see my hands and bear your hand and put into my side and do not know an absence of the faith, but faith."
Thomas answered him and said to him "My Lord and my God."
Jesus said to him, "because you saw me you believed. Blessed are the ones not seeing and who have believed."
To be sure Jesus did many other signs before the disciples of him, which have not been written in this book.
But these have been written in order that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God and in order that while believing you might have life in his name.
