Her name itself is a contradiction. Roxanne, or rather, Roxy is an orphan with rather mysterious origins. She gets involved with the V.E.N.O.M. as the result of being unfortunate enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, she seems to consider V.E.N.O.M. as her new family and the lengths she goes to prove her loyalty may surprise even herself. She has been trained by the V.E.N.O.M. for espionage, and is also an accomplished computer hacker.
Steve Hertz

Steve Hertz was formerly a sound engineer who was jailed for blackmail. An intelligent man, Steve towers at 6 feet 2 inches. He wears spectacles and tends to be quiet in the presence of the other VENOM agents, believing that talking to them is a waste of time due is his superior intellect. As a result, he only talks to Miles. Steve is very sneaky and is always eavesdropping on fellow VENOM agents, notably Vanessa and playing out their conversations to Miles. Steve also possesses gadgets to infiltrate MASK headquarters to steal information. His mask, Sonic, allows to blast a large soundwave to destroy. He drives a van, Armadillo, which converts into a secret base for VENOM and has multiple firepower, rivaled only by Rhino and VENOM's Outlaw.
