Welcome to Henry Hudson Cross Country. Incase you don't know who we are, Henry Hudson is a small school serving the towns of Atlantic Highlands and Highlands in New Jersey. A school of only 400+ kids, a select few each year make one of the best cross country programs in the area.

11/2/98 - Hudson ended the season on a positive note this year. They beat out Keyport and Asbury Park in a tri-meet at Holmdel Park. Hudson beat Keyport 20 - 40 and Hudson beat Asbury Park 15 - 50. Three runners ran PR's. Hudson will be looking towards next years season for something great to happen.
