The goal of the Angstarc is to archive stellar fanfic pieces that deal with Mulder and/or Scully angst. We are not looking for slash, smut, or songfic. (There are already archives for these genres - we're looking to do something different).

             webmasters' and archivists' approval. (I.e.
             Whether or not we like it.)
