| INTRODUCTION |
egas Venture Sdn. Bhd was incorporated
on the 25th May 1993 to manufacture a wide and diversified range of underground
carrier and industrial protection products for the electrical power, oil
and gas, and the telecommunication industry. TVSB major customer are Tenaga
Nasional Berhad, Telecom Malaysia Berhad and PETRONAS.

| MANUFACTURING FACILITIES |
Our factory is located at Seri Kembangan Industrial Area, in Seri Kembangan, Selangor which is 5 minutes away from Putra Jaya and is within the MSC area. Our production capacity is capable of producing a broad range of UPVC and Polyethylene extruded products of various shapes and sizes.
Presently we have 1 UPVC line and 2 HDPE lines capable of producing 600,000 length of UPVC Duct (equivalent to 4,800 Km) and 350,000 length of HDPE Duct (equivalent to 2100 Km) anually of various sizes.
To ensure the products conform to our customer requirements, each products
is produced with the most stringent quality control methods and procedures
and conform to BS 2782 and ASTM D256 standards.
| UPVC CABLE COVER |
It is produced through an extrusion process using a rigid compounded UPVC material. The product has very high impact strength properties, lightweight, easy to transport and install and is the most practical and economical alternative to concrete cable covers.
Our UPVC Cable Covers are patented designed with interlocking fasteners
to make simple and effective connection on site. The products are profiled
to offer extremely good protection for underground cables or pipes against
the high impact of shovels or picks, and can be supplied in any colour
and language, identifying the service buried below.

| UPVC DUCT |
UPVC Duct is manufactured from impact modified UPVC base material which
is specially formulated to provide high resistance to chemical corrosion,
weathering, heat reversion and high impact strength properties. Our UPVC
Duct are supplied in various diameters and wall thickness in straight length
of not less than 6 meters. The product is easy to joint and is suitable
for use as underground cable carrier, portable water supply pipe, sewer
pipe and other industrial applications.

| CORRUGATED POLYETHYLENE DUCT |
Corrugated High Density Polyethylene Ducts are manufactured by extrusion process with circulating mould blocks to form the corrugated profile. The products are then cooled in a cooling bath at 5 degree Celcius before it is coiled to the desired length.
Our corrugated HDPE Ducts are used for underground cable laying in areas
which require shorter installation time, it provides exellent protection
and is suitable for wide range of application including cable laying and
trenching, subduct and internal electrical wiring.

| PRELUBRICATED HDPE DUCT |
Our Prelubricated HDPE Fibre Optic Duct was conceived and engineered
for performance. Its inner wall provides permanent lubrication for speedier
set-up time and ease of fibre optic cable pull and installation. The prelubricated
inner wall also provides low coefficient of friction and elliminates burn
through of pull rope through the innerduct wall.

| UPVC CABLE TRAY |
Our UPVC Cable tray has been designed to provide cable ducting which
combines high performance with ease of installation and maintenance. The
Product is corrosion resistant, high strength, easy to install, self-extinguishing
and is an economical alternative to the conventional aluminium cable tray.

| CABLE GUARD |
UPVC Cable Guard is designed to protect vertical cable runs on telegraph
poles, fence or wall. Cable Guard will fit over the cable and offer protection
to all exposed areas. It can be easily attached to wood or concrete by
using screws or nails.

| HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE PIPE |
The High Density Polyethylene Pipes ("HDPE Pipe") are manufactured by extrusion process in accordance with the Malaysian Standard for HDPE Pipes for Portable Water MS 1058: 1986 & DIN 8075
HDPE pipes are used in wide range of applications such as for water
and gas reticulation and sewerage disposal. Advantages of using HDPE pipes
includes corrosion resistance, non toxic, long life period, flexible, smooth
interior, UV resistance, easy jointing and lightweight.
