This building-site is ideally located in the Bronx, New York, and is composed of a ground-floor and two floors above. The building itself was once owned by a Brother and Nephew of the Founder of the Rastafari Movement,

The Rt. Bon. Leonard Percival Howell, 1930s-1997

The ENF proposes to make this building the first, and major, Ethio-Rastafari international cultural institution in New York.

This ENF - Education & Research, Arts & Science 7, Foundation "open-house building", will be a major meeting

point for Our Peoples - in the diasporic community and the Continent.

This "open-house building", will serve as a permanent multi-development education institution; Embassy-at-large; and will further serve as a communal and international repository for the renewed collective drive towards community patron ship and fraternal unity.

The ENF open-house will be a high-tech informational research center, that will eventually lead in the future to the establishment of a computer and cultural training school and day-care-center. This building will serve to assist other community based organizations in their fund raising projects.
