Correct me if I'm wrong:
The 1400 has 32-bit addressing on as a default, and it cannot be turned
off. (I just looked at two, one running 7.5.3, and the other 7.6. Neither
presented the option. New hardware-new rules.)
The 630, I suspect the same, at least under 7.6. And since I cannot recall
ever having to turn on 32-bit addressing when upgrading a 63x, I think the
same is true..
