For Bonnie

When I walk into a clothing store,
I see a shirt or a shoe you wore,
I hear a voice and turn aroud,
Praying it would be you I found,
But, it's not you and I'm let down,
I just keep walking with a frown
A frown I've had for a month and a week,
It wont go away
til you wake from your sleep.
I know you'll be conscious again one day,
But when you are it won't be the same,
You won't remember
the jokes we made,
The way you made me laugh just brightened my day,
I still could hear your happy voice
I close my eyes and see your smile,
Your shining face make my life worthwhile.
At this point my poem I'll conclude
By saying I miss you and Love you and
I'll be there soon.
