I called this building an estate as a joke. It actually was right across the road from the day room. I have no idea what is was or what was in it. Does anyone remember it?

Nor do I. I don't remember any structure across the road from the day room. Up the road from the day room past the orderly room was an oxygen generating plant that filled the oxygen bottles for the 29s. It ran 24/7 and was pretty noisy.
