The Common strategy for a warrior is fight or run, but this is a tatic that is most succesful, and which is called the "Max Attack." You take you warrior, put him up front and have him use the defend button on himself, and then have the ranged shooter(s) attract them towards the warrior, and then have the ranged men in back and let them pick off the enemy.
