Based in NY state, PICC is a network of parents who are homeschooling, or thinking of homeschooling, their child with special educational needs. They have a directory and bimonthly newsletter, as well as a lending library.National Challenged Homeschool Associated Network (NATTHAN) NATTHAN has over 10,500 members in the USA and offers a lending library, newsletter and member directory, as well as other resources. Membership is $25/yearly.
