This site has does not necessarily have any affiliation with

Freeware License Agreement
The following is not a specific License Agreement but an indication of
the terms and conditions covering Powerboost Software material distributed
as Freeware.
The program and associated parts are distributed as Freeware. Whilst
copyright is retained, you are allowed to copy and distribute the
program so long as no charge is levied (excepting cost of media).
Freeware distribution is allowed only upon condition that there is no
alteration to, removal of, or additions to the files contained within
the distribution.
Shareware License Agreement
The following is not a specific License Agreement but an indication of
the terms and conditions covering Powerboost Software material distributed
as Shareware.
The program and associated parts are distributed as Shareware.
This means that there are two versions of the program and associated
parts - the Unregistered Version and Registered Version.
1) Unregistered Version.
Whilst copyright is retained, you are allowed to copy and distribute the
Unregistered Version so long as no charge is levied (excepting cost of
media). Distribution of the Unregistered Version is allowed only upon
condition that there is no alteration to, removal of, or additions to
the files contained within the distribution.
A User may upgrade from the Unregistered Version to the Registered Version.
Once the User has upgraded to the Registered Version, they are bound by Registered
Version of the License Agreement.
2) Registered Version.
Distribution of the Registered Version of the program and/or associated parts
is prohibited. Whilst the User may make full use of the program and/or
associated parts, they may not sell or rent their License onto another
User or Users. The User is also excluded from use of the Unregistered Version
of the program and/or associated parts. A User may not 'unregister' back
to the Unregistered Version of the program and/or its associated parts.
