of Penelope Brewster.

Penelope Brewster (Soleil Moon Frye) was one
of the 1980's most lovable child characters 
and she was the lead in the lovable comedy 
PUNKY BREWSTER.
The series, which co-starred George Gaynes and 
Cherrie Johnson, was about a child who is being
brought  up by a kind elderly, Foster Dad, Henry.
Punky was actually left in the shopping centre
by her mom!
The sitcom's antics included so many loved 
adventures with her friends Cherrie, Margaux and
her dog Brandon, the wonderdog.

Punky ended up being the focus of a 1985 
cartoon series, but "die hard" Punky fans like
myself never really like this much, the show
rulz.
