During her absence from Guiding Light, Mary Kay appeared as a guest star on many television shows (Everybody Loves Raymond, Diagnosis Murder, and Roseanne to name a few). She has also been featured in the following films-Born Yesterday, See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and The Muppets Take Manhattan.

Mary Kay devotes her time and energy to supporting charaties that provide AIDS care, as well as The American Cancer Society and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Mary Kay was born in Middletown, New Jersey, and currently resides in New York City. In her spare time, she enoys golfing, surfing the internet and spending time with her family. Mary Kay was born on September 12.
