Width and Height
Within one column, all the cells will had the same width, and within the same row, the height value will be the same. Indicating different values of any of those parameters within columns or rows is useless, and in that case, the maximum value entered will be the one used in the table.
In the Table Code Editor frame an additional value has been included to indicated the total width of the table. This value must be manually entered, and it could be very usefull in order to keep the dimensions of the table when the window is smaller than the width of the table (the browser could adapt the width of the table to the window).
