Oscar's World!
Oscar is the opposite of pleasant and agreeable, which makes him
stand out on Sesame Street. In short, he is a grouch! Even though he
has a bad atitude, he still teaches people that those with different
views have a right to be heard. He helps the neighborhood keep the
streets clean by collecting the junk that is often found on a sidewalk.
The more junk he collects, the clean Sesame Street becomes! His birthday
is June 1, which makes him a Gemini! His favorite songs are "I Love
Trash"; "All You Need is Trash"; and "I Wanna Hold Your Trash". His best
friend is the couragous space-traveller Slimey the Worm. His favorite
quote is "Scram!" He likes rainy days; arguing; standing in line at
the movie (though he never actually sees the movie); and anchovy
milkshakes. He dislikes..... "You name it, I hate it! Now Scram!" His
philosophy is "Leave me alone, and I'll leave you alone!" His hobbies
include collecting trash and collecting more trash!
