In order for you to keep your horse healthy and happy, you must be able to board your horse. If you don't own a stable, but want one, you can visit the high council and submit an application. These applications will take about a day to process, and you will need to create a webpage. We suggest Geocities, Brinkster or Tripod if you have Frontpage.
