Scout Blast was a BLAST! There was fun for everyone.
Congratulations to all Webelos who crossed over this February! Our thanks go out to all the boys in Troop 109 who welcomed the Webelo scouts into their camp and helped them with their Scout Law and Scout Oath.
Pinewood Racing was so much fun. See our photo page for pictures of last years cars... this years car will be posted very soon.
Its hard to believe that year 2001 is already gone by. Our calender was very full this past holiday season. Some of our activities were Christmas Caroling, marching in the Merry Melrose Parade, and building our parade float.
CAMP SHANDS was tons of fun! Our group activities included playing basketball, learning about compasses and wildlife, and trick-or-treating. The weather was perfect! Many of the boys earned requirements for their Ourdoorsman badge.
The Webelos have earned their Readyman Badge, an important requirement for The Arrow of Light Badge. Norman and Ruthie, the Webelo leaders, leds the boys through an excellent first-aid learning experience.
