How to apply for a Arkansas Bonded Title

1. Complete the State of Arkansas Statement of Fact for Issuance of a Bonded Title form. Pick-up this form at your local Revenue Office. Explain and attach copy of your Bill of Sale. Sign where indicated. Mail to:

2. If approved, the Arkansas bonded title officer will respond by mail with a Letter of Approval with required bond amount.

3. Copy the Approval Letter.

4. Complete the Application for Bonded Title Corporate Surety Bond form. Call the bond company to obtain this form. Attach copy of Bill of Sale and Approval letter (copy). Minimum Surety Bond cost is $50.00 (1% of $5000.00). If your vehicle is valued over $5000.00, you will pay 1% of the value for the bond. The State of Arkansas sets the value of your vehicle in the Approval letter. Sign where indicated. Mail to:

5. The Bond company will mail your Surety Bond to you. Sign where indicated.

6. Take signed Surety Bond, Bill of Sale, original Approval Letter, proof of insurance, current county assessment and proof of paid taxes to your local Arkansas State Revenue Office to register and title vehicle.
