Your task will be to analyze whether the dishes prepared by the cooks are healthy and nutritious. You will advise the cooks on how to balance their menus and also prepare a tasty parallel menu for people who are on a diet, specifying the number of calories that will be consumed per serving. You should also be prepared to give advice on how to keep the food safe from contamination.
