In the name of God, Amen. I John Schaun of Germany Township in the County of York in the Province of Pennsylvania Yeomen being in the good bodily health and of a sound and well disposing mind Memory and understanding Thanks be therefore humbly offered unto the Lord and for all others his Mercies Haveing considered the Uncertainty of Life and certainty of Death throught fit to settle my worldlyAffairs and I do hereby make my last Will and Testament in Manner following hereby Revoking all Wills and Testaments by me at anytime heretofore made and I do Declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say Principally and of all things I do Recommend my Soul in the hands of God who gave it and my body to the Earth to be buried in a Decent Manner. And my mind and Will is that all my just Depts and Funeral Expenses be duly paid satisfied and I do give and bequeath unto my Dearly beloved Wife for and during all the Term of her natural Life all the use of my Personal Estate. And I do give unto my said Wife Anne Mary All my Real Estate whatsoever - To hold to her for and during all the term of her Natural Life and from and immediately after the determination of that Estate I do give and devise the same Real Estate unto my son Isaac Schaun in Fee Simple he my said son Isaac Paying paying out to the same to the Rest of my children the sum of one hundred pounds Lawful Money of Pennsylvania in Manner following that is to Say the sum of Eighteen Pounds Six Shillings and Eight Part Thereof unto my Daughter Elizabeth on that day come twelve Months next after my s. Wifes Decease and the sum of Eighteen Pounds Six Shillings and Eight Pence more Part thereof unto my son Leonard on that day come two years next after my s. Wifes Decease And the sum of Eighteen Pounds Six Shillings & Eight Pence more thereof unto my son Nicholas on that day come three years next after my said Wifes Decease And the sum of Fifteen Pounds more part thereof unto my said Daughter Elizabeth on that day come four years next after my said wifes decease and the sum of Fifteen Pounds more part therof unto my said Son Leonard on that day come five years next after my said Wifes decease and the sum of fifteen pounds the rest and residue thereof unto my said son Nicholas on that day come Six Years next after the decease of my said Wife and as for and concerning all the rest and Residue of my Personal Estate . I do give and bequeath the same unto my said Children viz the said Isaac Elizabeth Leonard & Nicholas to be Equally divided after my wifes decease between them part and Share a like And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Isaac Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
