Tim's  BugMan  Project

This page will holds some links to my Ipswich River BugMan project!

This Project is an attempt to statistically correlate aquatic macroinvertebrate communities to various aquatic indices (macrohabitat, flow manipulation, fish guilds, etc.).  The project originates in the Ipswich River Basin of northeastern Massachusetts, explores the waterbugs in the main stem and several tributaries, and will utilize the efforts of several research assistants and numerous state and federal resources and personnel.  Special thanks to David Armstrong (USGS), Todd Richards (DFWELE), Daniele Lantagne (IRWA), Warren Kimball and Bob Nuzzo (DEP), Dr. Neal Anderson (FSC), Richard Thomczyk (EOEA),  and everyone involved!
