The languages that can be used are English , Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin .  
Vulgarism is strictly forbidden.  
Your presentation should be around 7-10 minutes .  
Participants are encouraged to present their performance based on the theme .  
Each troop/coy/unit is allowed to have only one participating team in this competition .  
Marks will be given based on:-  
 

Theme : World of Fantasy 
Rules :-  Each troop/coy/unit should have 1 representative  
to give an explanation about the costume.

Each troop/coy/unit should have 1 representative to give an explanation about the mask .  
The height of the mask must not surpass the waist level when it is being worn . 
Marks will be given based on :- 
 
No. of participants : 10 persons (including 1 commander)
Rules :- 
It is compulsary for all participants to be in full uniform. 
Each troop/coy/unit is given 10 minutes for marching (excluding inspection). 
Marks will be deducted to those who exceeded the time. 
Each participant MUST show their I/C to our committee. 
If failed to do so , that particular group of participants will be disqualified. 
Also note that participants that are over 18 years of age are not allowed to take part .
The reporting time for this event is 7.30 a.m. and the starting time is 8.00 a.m.
