In The Moment

As we focus more in the moment, the daily problems of life diminish. Our lives trail our imaginations backward into the past and forwards into the future, and to the extent that we can curtail these trails, we come more into the moment. Have you ever asked yourself during a time of crisis, “How do I feel right now?” and been surprised to find out that in that very moment, in the here and now, you feel just fine.

Most of the difficulties of life are found in regret of the past and fear of the future, yet we could be in this very moment, right here, right now. To be in the moment takes trust and a willingness to experience whatever may come our way. The moment takes an acceptance of uncertainty and a giving over of the illusion of control.

To slip into the moment, and to let it carry you towards an ever deepening state, towards a realization of the energy state, to the pleasure of the body, to the mind as observer. The heart opens petal by petal, and pleasure appears.
