Everyone in the Shamrock Road Riders was asked to complete and return a brief form giving information about themselves, with the knowledge that this information would go on our web site and be shared with the world. Since Jimmy and Dale Puckett chose not to turn in this simple information form, we will simply post the truth about them as we know it.

As difficult as it might be to believe, Jimmy and Dale, as well as son-in-law, John, and daughter-in-law, Michelle, spend their days in various facilities of the Georgia State Prison System. Even worse, Jimmy and Dale were close together until it was discovered that she was having "relations" with the Deputy Warden, and as a result was transferred to a facility in another city.

Now ALL of that is TRUE, but the details don't make for nearly as interesting a story. Jimmy is the Deputy Warden at Milan State Prison in Milan, GA. Dale was an employee of that facility until the prison system transferred her to the prison in McRae. This resulted from a new policy against married couples working in the same facility. Son-in-law John is a corrections officer at Wilcox State Prison in Abbeville, and daughter-in-law Michelle is a counselor in the prison system. (Told you the story wouldn't be as good after the details were filled in!).

Jimmy is the OLDER brother of Asst. Chapter Director Jeff Puckett. Jimmy and Dale are the parents of Brad, Chad, and Shasta. Brad and his wife, Michelle, are the parents of Chelsea and Christopher. Shasta and her husband, John, are newlyweds, married in January of 2000.

Jimmy and Dale are relatively new to motorcycle touring. They started with a 1984 GL1200 Aspencade, and replaced it with a 1994 Bermuda Green GL1500 SE. At WOTS in 1999 they added a color-matched Bushtec trailer. They travel all over the Southeast with both the Shamrock Road Riders and the Hawkinsville River Rats.
