HOW TO NAVIGATE THIS WEB SITE The SCHMID FAMILY TREE web site is easy to navigate. Just click on the square buttons in the left margin. Those are the "pages" contained in the new site. Once you are in the page you want to view, you may have other page options available. "Page" buttons may be either in the left column or at the top of the page. If you want to return to a previously read page, just click the BACK button from the browser. This site will continue to grow; however, I need your help. WEB SITE MISSION STATEMENT This web site is being produced to help you keep track of the descendants of Helen and Joseph Schmid. The site will also take you down memory lane, with photos from days gone by. Family-history stories and photos will be maintained for all families, some 400+ members strong. Hopefully the site will also lend itself to a means to communicate, and bridge the gap from reunion to reunion. Send me your e-mail address for posting and linking, it may be fun to "keep in touch". Send information ANYTIME about births, weddings and other special events. This site will be changing frequently. Please share the site address with your family (print out a hard copy for those less fortunate who do not have internet access). Visit often, send your thoughts, and keep in touch.
