Although there are Hobgoblins as part of the Chaos Dwarf army list (even in Ravening Hordes), their future isn't incredibly bright (unless the models all get redone, which'll take years).  The appearance of a Regiment of Renown full of Hobgob wolfriders was a bright spot in Hobgoblin History, but that's not quite enough.  Traditionally in the Warhammer World, the Hobgoblins are actually quite an intimidating presence - in the region of the World's Edge Mountains, it is the warriors of Hobgobla Khan who hold sway.  In previous editions of Warhammer, there were rules for entire Hobgob armies, including the ferocious hobhounds, Hobgoblin battle-icons, and chariots.  This is the vision of the Hobgoblins that is updated here for 6th Edition Warhammer.
