Siouxsie Sioux

Siouxsie Sioux was the lead singer for Siouxsie and the Banshees. The group orginally a punk band comes from England and featured The Cure's Robert Smith as well. They still remain one of goth-pop's greatest and most popular bands. They arose from the ashes of the last days of punk. Upon a contract dispute with Geffen records after their last album, "The Rapture" was released the band split up. Siouxsie and her husband Budgie began to devote all their attention to an on again off again side project called The Creatures. The Creatures is a more beat influenced band and tours quite regularly.
