Hall of Heroes

Comic book fanatic Peter Grey is about to lose his grip. His business has turned belly-up. His wife and best friend are dirty. And he’s slipping farther and farther away from reality. Heavily in debt and heartbroken, the suicidal Grey seeks salvation as the superhero Darksheer, fighting to save seedy Noctropolis from the vice-like jaws of doom.

Stiletto is Darksheer's faithful right-hand. Unarmed, she's vicious, but with those blades, she's downright lethal! Her partnership with Darksheer has created a furmidable team that protects the City of Night from the villains that roam the streets. But does she have hopes of becoming more than just a partner?

The catholic priest known throughout all of Noctropolis as Desmond is a very busy man. Not only is he the sole caretaker of St. Luciens, or Noctropolis Cathedral as it is mostly referred to of late, but the head representative of the Church in the faithless City of Night. Desmond is the founder and spiritual leader of the Wards as well as a mentor and council to Darksheer and Stiletto. And on top of all that, he has the leading word on biblical matters as well as those concerning exorcism.

A street gang of young crimefighters. Assembled and led by Father Desmond, these reformed juvenile delinquents struggle to keep the streets of Noctropolis safe for the average citizen. But alone, even these street-hardened teenage do-gooders stand powerless against the forces of evil that threaten the City of Night. It needs, they need, a champion.
