In Remembrance of Our Deceased Classmates--
Gone but Never Forgotten
David McShan Danny Beavers Charles Berry Karen Biggers Tutt
Kevin Chaptman Brenda "Spanky" Curl John Cooper Tony Frye
Greg Hardy Debra Murdock Kerss Mark Randall Tommy Shepherd
From Our 25th Reunion--"Remember our classmates who are no longer with us-David McShan, Greg Hardy, Tommy Shepherd, Tony Frye, Karen Biggers Tutt, Charles Berry, Danny Beavers, Mark Randall, and John Cooper? Who can see `Camelot' and not think about Tony? And who can hear a gospel song and not remember Karen's pure, sweet voice? Remember David's contagious laugh and sunny disposition in the face of cancer and his bittersweet last wish to be buried in his blue jeans? Remember Greg's unique sense of humor and love of building things? How about Tommy's wonderful sense of humor, athletic ability, and surprisingly great singing voice? Remember Mark and John-both quiet and shy, Charles-the track star with a fabulous smile, and Danny-DECA Club member and football manager, who used that soft-spoken East Texas drawl? We selfishly wish they were here with us, but know they are in a better place."
And now as our 30th Reunion approaches we add David Ward, Brenda Curl, Kevin Chaptman, Debra Murdock Kerss, and Dave Davidson to the list of our deceased friends.
David, who had such a wonderful personality and singing voice, Spanky who kept us all laughing with her infectious smile, Kevin a great guy with many friends, Debra, shy and quiet, battling cancer for many years with quiet determination, and Dave, a wonderful, personable guy with a great car in high school! They all leave families and friends who look forward to the day when they will meet again.
Rest in peace, Dear Friends.
