& CONDITIONS
A deposit of half the fee must be made when
booking to fully secure a date. Full payment must be completed at
the latest by set-up time. MUZIK VIBRATIONS will not begin the
event until full payment is made.
All checks to be made payable to

A receipt will be given at time of payment, on
request.
A cancellation should be made at least 14 days
before the date of the event, for a full refund. After this time,
the deposit is non-refundable.
It is necessary for MUZIK VIBRATIONS to
arrive at the venue 90 minutes before the start, to set up the
equipment.
45 minutes must be allowed after the finish of
the event for the packing away of equipment.
Requests are taken on the night, but for the best
chance of having all the requests, a list should be sent to MUZIK VIBRATIONS as far in advance as possible.
Although this has never occurred, on an occasion
where MUZIK VIBRATIONS must cancel a booking due to circumstances
beyond its control, MUZIK VIBRATIONS will refund all money given
towards the event.
