"Pre-handwriting and Fine Motor Skills" Fine motor skills are an important precursor to handwriting.  It can be challenging as a parent to know the best way to teach your child these skills.  Christine Hollman, Pediatric Occupational Therapist, will shows us some fun, developmentally appropriate activities to prepare our birth to school age children for fine-motor skills, including preparation for printing and cutting.

Generally, we have 18 years as parents to get kids ready for the real world.  Love and Logic® uses real-world consequences to teach kids in a loving and caring way.  The sooner we can let our kids live with the consequences of their decision, the sooner that kid can start realizing the connection between the decisions s/he makes and the quality of his/her life.  Please join us as Andrew Johnsrud takes us through the process and discusses the rules of Love and Logic.
