Comments to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
(June 2014)

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sought comments on tobacco control at its website http://www.regulations.gov/#!submitComment;D=FDA-2014-N-0189-20870.

The author submitted the following comment:

The use of the murder weapons known as "tobacco products" is already banned pursuant to already existing criminal laws against poisoning and murder. Tobacco deaths are foreseeable, i.e., not accidental, thus, in criminal law, are intentional and premeditated. The type of murder involved is known as "universal malice" murder. A lengthy analysis on point is at http://medicolegal.tripod.com/tobaccomurder.htm.

Please include in your regulations reference to the fact that already existing criminal laws cover the matter, and need only to be enforced to end the tobacco holocaust.
