| This mysterious martial arts master, Asian Assassin, despises Americans. He calls Americans "Fat" and "Lazy." The lack of Japanese competition brought Assassin to the BCW, where he quickly ended Sheik's first Ohio Title reign with his deadly submission hold, "The Dragon Splitter" leglock. After an undefeated streak, Assassin returned to Japan and was stripped of the BCW Ohio Title by commissioner Dick Gozinia. Returning angry and bitter, Assassin teamed with Mexican Billy Panther to steal the Ohio Tag Team Titles from Sheik and The Jack. In an attempt to regain the Ohio Title at Halloween Horror Show '99, he suffered his first ever defeat in a dog-collar match with Carl Aleshire.
