A deposit of 20% of the full rental cost will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Your balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.  An additional $300 security deposit will be required at this time, this deposit if fully refundable once the property has been checked on your departure for any damage/breakages and will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date.

Payments may be made by personal check or electronic transfer.  

You will be sent a check-in package approximately 2 weeks before your arrival.  The package includes keys, maps, general information and car passes.

The villa is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed, violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

The villa has a private telephone and there is no charge for local calls. The telephone is toll restricted, therefore long distance calls must be made by using a telephone credit card.

The villa will be cleaned prior to check in and at departure.  Bed and bath linens and a starter supply of toilet tissue and bath soap is included.

In the unlikely event that the villa experiences a maintenance problem it will be handled by our local villa rental company (The Vacation Company Inc).

Check in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival.  Check out time is no later than 10.00am on the day of departure.  These times must be strictly adhered to so that we can have the property properly cleaned and inspected for arriving guests.

Cancellation of your reservation less than 90 days prior to arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit.
